    CMT

    While regular press releases are the primary means in which the vast majority of companies get “the word out”, there are still others that have little or no news to report and ride their quarterly and year end results, and their sectors economic wave.
    CMT is one of those companies.
    We first profiled CMT on January 11 when it was trading at $2.68; on February 7, the company hit an intra-day high of $3.60, for a short-term gain of 34.32%. After hovering around the $3.60 mark for two weeks, CMT’s share price gave up some ground to profit-taking, finding new support near the $3.00 level.
    Over the course of the last week CMT’s share price has, once again, been gaining ground. On Friday, March 11, CMT closed the week trading at $3.05, and on Wednesday the company hit an intra-day high of $3.30; for a three day gain of 8.2%.
    While trading in CMT has been light today, the company is currently trading up $0.07 (2.18%) over Thursday’s close at $3.28 on 900 shares.
    The last time we heard from CMT was back in November when the company announced strong results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. The company recorded net income of $478,000, or $.05 per basic and diluted share, compared with a (loss) of ($5,000), or ($.00) per basic and diluted share, in the third quarter of 2003.
    Strong numbers for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004 could help CMT’s share price trend even higher.

    PHMD and ProCyte Corporation announced that following ProCyte's shareholder meeting, the companies have shareholder approval to complete their merger in a stock-for-stock transaction.
    On March 18, 2005, at a reconvened special meeting of shareholders, ProCyte shareholders voted to approve the merger agreement and the merger between the two companies.
    Previously, on March 3, 2005, at a special meeting of the PHMD stockholders, the merger agreement and merger were approved including the issuance of PHMD shares as consideration for ProCyte shares.
    Jeff O'Donnell, President and CEO of PHMD commented, "We are gratified to have received the support of both companies' stockholders in approving this merger. We look forward to operating a profitable healthcare company that continues to gain market share in the dermatology and surgical products markets."

    RADS

    RADS announces the certification of Radiant Point-of-Sale (POS) for Sinclair Oil Corp. marketers. The Salt Lake City-based Sinclair markets fuel in 21 states and supplies fuel to more than 2,600 company- and distributor-operated stations.
    This certification enables Sinclair marketers of all sizes to choose a POS provider with a proven, reliable platform and more than 10 years experience in the petroleum and convenience retail industry.
    "As a multi-branded marketer, Radiant's investment in network certification enables me to select the best technology solution to grow revenue," said Craig Dorsey, IT Director at Gas N' Shop, an operator of more than 30 Sinclair-branded sites.
    He added, "With the increasingly competitive convenience retail environment, it's vital to provide customers with a quality experience while increasing our speed of service. We look to our technology solution from Radiant to make that difference."

    STEC

    STEC today announced an extension to its Zeus Solid State Drive (SSD) product line with the introduction of a Serial ATA (SATA) version. The company will demonstrate its new Zeus SATA Solid State Drives at the Sea-Air-Space Exposition in Washington, D.C. at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, March 22-24.
    "SimpleTech continues to deliver new designs to remain in alignment with our customers' current and next generation product development needs,'' said Patrick Wilkison, VP of Marketing and Business Development at STEC.
    Zeus SSDs are fully ATA-compliant and conform to the same mounting requirements as traditional hard disk drives, making Zeus SSDs drop-in replacements for any standard IDE/ATA-compliant hard disk drive.

    DRAX

    DRAX has been on a bit of a bull-run since the beginning of 2005. On January 12, the company was trading for as low as $3.95; and on Friday, March 18, the company hit an intra-day high of $5.35; for a spread of 35.44%.
    On January 3, DRAX announced it has amalgamated its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, DRAXIS Pharma Inc. and DRAXIMAGE Inc., to achieve certain business and tax efficiencies. The amalgamated subsidiary is called DRAXIS Specialty Pharmaceuticals Inc. but will continue to conduct business as two divisions.
    In early February, DRAX reported strong fiscal results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2004. The company also posted its fifth consecutive year of strong operating revenue and earnings growth from its two core operating businesses.
    In-mid February DRAX received approval from the Dutch regulatory authority for an injection kit, Approval in the Netherlands allows the company to pursue regulatory approval for the diagnostic imaging product in several additional European Union countries.
    In early March, DRAX received a "Strong Buy" rating from research firm Dutton & Associates.

    Fundamental Analysis- On January 6, 2005 STG announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2004. The company also announced its restated results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2003.

    On September 20, 2004, STG announced that it had understated its accrued purchased transportation liability and related costs of purchased transportation and began the process of restating its previously reported results for 2003 and the first and second quarters of 2004.

    The company expects to report an aggregate reduction in the previously reported net income for 2001 through the first six months of 2004 of approximately $16.3 million.

    For the third quarter of 2004, STG reported revenue of $109.7 million, and a net (loss) of ($0.6 million). For the corresponding period of the prior year, as restated, revenue was $65.5 million, and net income was $1.4 million.

    For the nine months ended September 30, 2004, STG reported revenue of $256.4 million, and a net (loss) of ($7.0 million). For the corresponding period of the prior year, as restated, the company reported revenue of $150.4 million, and a net loss of ($2.2 million).


    Dennis Pelino, Chairman, remarked, "We have made and continue to make significant management and operational changes across the USA organization. These changes, most of which were implemented during November and December, were surgical, decisive, and designed to provide a platform in North America that will deliver sustainable, profitable growth."
    "We are firmly focused on serving and building upon our diverse customer base, inspiring our employees and partners around the world, and increasing shareholder value."

    Based on the first nine months results and outlook for the balance of the year, STG expects its current platform to deliver $340 million in gross revenue for 2004 and is targeting $375 million in gross revenues for 2005.



    Recent News- On March 15, STG announced that it was honored with an "On Time Performance Award" from Detroit-based National Logistics Management (NLM), in recognition of STG's exceptional on-time execution for NLM and the automotive industry in the premier air market.

    The award was based on STG achieving outstanding on-time performance of 98.58% for 2004, placing Stonepath at the top of NLM's roster of approximately 450 carriers.

    NLM manages premium air and expedited ground shipments for Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Visteon and a number of other tier-one suppliers.

    In early March, STG announced it has been selected by Comfort Line Products, Inc., the largest manufacturer of portable spas in the world, to support their domestic and international logistics and distribution needs.

    STG’s global logistics network will assist Comfort Line in their continued growth in the home spa market, including playing a key role in fulfilling orders expected from multiple planned appearances on HSN (Home Shopping Network) in 2005.

    On February 28, STG filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an amended Form 10-Q (an unaudited quarterly financial report) for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 and regained compliance with the American Stock Exchange's continued listing standards. Additionally, STG filed a Form 10-K/A containing restated financial statements for 2003 on February 11, 2005.


    "With these filings behind us, Stonepath is much better positioned to focus on the enormous opportunities available in the worldwide marketplace for logistics services," commented Dennis L. Pelino, Chairman. "We firmly believe that Stonepath has the right management team, geographic reach, business mix and strategic focus to deliver significant value for our customer and shareholder base."
    In mid-February STG announced that it signed a multi-million dollar contract with Savers, Inc., a Bellevue, Washington-based business operating nearly 200 for-profit thrift outlets throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.




    Conclusion - A provider of third party logistics, STG is a restructured, focused, streamlined company with growing revenues. The company recently announced new logistics contracts, was awarded an "On Time Performance Award", and has regained compliance with AMEX.

    In January STG reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004 and restated results for the same period in fiscal 2003. Third quarter 2004 revenues increased 67.48% year-over-year to $109.7 million; year-to-date revenues rose 70.47% to $256.4 million.

    In an effort to further consolidate the company’s businesses and to improve its profitability, STG launched a restructuring initiative. As a result of the restructuring, the company expects to take a charge in the fourth quarter and the first quarter of 2005.

    Jason Totah, CEO, commented, "We are positioning ourselves for a solid 2005 with a clear organizational structure and tougher accountability throughout the Stonepath organization."


    "Our international and offshore performance remains robust and we are in the process of making the domestic division more efficient and more profitable."
    Pelino continued, "During the first half of 2005, we will consolidate the Corporate Headquarters and the Domestic and International Divisional Headquarters into one central management facility in Seattle, Washington. This streamlining will eliminate unnecessary duplication of efforts as well as give us a much more cohesive day to day management coordination capability."

    Restructured operations, compliance with the AMEX and strong year-end fiscal results ought to help reinvigorate the markets confidence in STG and improve the company’s overall profitability and long-term potential.

    لو تراجع اخي الكريم اكثر الاسهم التي وصى عليها فستجد انها في نزول لايقل في متوسطه عن 10%.

    شكراُ على مرورك يا عزيزي ..

    أعتقد انك جديد على السوق الأمريكي .. أو على الأقل ما كنت موجود قبل سنه ونصف لمّا بدأنا هذا الموضوع..

    التوصيات التي تطرح هنا ما هي أوامر بالشراء وانما نصائح مجانيه لمن يريد أن يقتنص منها الفرص - حال توفرها- لو مررت على الموضوع من بدايته قبل سنه و نصف تقريبا لعرفت كيفيه التعامل مع التوصيات هنا و لكنت عرفت سبب تثبيت الموضوع .

    أمّا بخصوص الشركات التي يطرحها بيتر و التي تقول انها خسائرها كبيره أقلّها XYBR فأنا أعتقد ان العيب مش في الشركات .. أعتقد ان العيب في توقيت الدخول والخروج .. أخي العزيز هنالك نقوط دخول وخروج في كل سهم و هنالك مؤشرات : فوليوم ، ترند ، RSI ، بيتا ... و قبلهم كلّهم فلتر أبو هاني الله يطوّل بعمره ..

    أمّا كلامك عن XYBR ..
    فيوجد عليها أكثر من 80 موضوعاُ مباشر و غير مباشر!

    تمّ بحمد الله ..

    نصل قي نهايه هذا اليوم 30 مارس 2005 الى نهايه الجزء الأوّل من بيتر ليدز الذي دام لمدّه سنه ونصف تقريباً..

    يسعدني ان اعلمكم ان الموضوع سيصبح موضوع ربع سنوي ، كل ربع سيكون على حدىً ..

    نرى في المرفق أن جميع الأسهم ( باستثناء سهمين ) قد حققت نجاحاً تفاوت من 4% الى 100% في زمن تفاوت من يوم الى شهرين و نصف الشهر .
