    Before the markets opened today DYTK announced that the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services has awarded the company a renewal contract valued at $2.5 million to manage the state's child support program operations through June, 2005.

    In Kansas, DYTK provides child support enforcement and centralized customer services for 18 counties in seven Judicial Districts within the state. In addition to a centralized Customer Call Center, the company legally enforces child support orders including issuing income withholding orders, garnishments, and many other legal remedies.

    DYTK staff also performs other legal remedies, including monitoring bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. During the tenure, the company has helped collect over $95 million in outstanding child support payments for Kansas residents.

    In heavy trading DYTK’s share price rose 8.7% to an intra-day high of $1.50. The company is currently trading up $0.06 (4.35%) over Friday’s close at $1.44 on 2,985,069 shares.

    TSTF today announced that $2.25 million of the $2.5 million held in escrow as part of TSTF's sale of the assets of its professional employer organization (PEO) division to Gevity HR, Inc. has been released for the company’s benefit.

    Additionally, TSTF announced that Zurich American Insurance Company has approved a reduction in the letter of credit that provides security as part of TSTF’s PEO workers' compensation program, from $3.5 million to $1.8 million.

    "As part of the sale of our PEO division to Gevity, $2.5 million of the purchase price was placed in escrow," stated T. Kent Smith, TSTF’s President & CEO. "The amount was subject to adjustment based on Gevity's retention of the former TeamStaff business."


    "We are pleased to report that, as a result of Gevity's retention of 90% of the PEO business, $2.25 million is being released from escrow for TeamStaff's benefit. When added to the $7 million already paid by Gevity, this results in a total purchase price of $9.25 million."
    Mr. Smith concluded, "These developments represent two significant milestones in our overall strategy of repositioning the company for a return to growth and profitability."

    By mid-day TSTF’s share price had risen 10.7% to an intra-day high of $2.38. The company is currently trading up $0.07 over Friday’s close at $2.22 on 27,570 shares.

Wright, Chairman and CEO of DIT noted. He also noted that this portfolio is well positioned to expand into broader categories of distribution, both domestically and internationally.


    The acquisition, which is expected to close in mid-May after necessary approvals, will be DIT's second major purchase of a premium water bottling operation following its acquisition of Hawaiian Natural Water Company in December of 2001.

    DAR's share price continues to climb steadily higher, buoyed on in part by industry strength, strong fiscal results and encouraging press releases. In moderate trading today DAR’s share price rose 3.8% to a new year-long high of $4.35. Today’s new high also represents a 52.6% gain over our initial profile price.

    In early April DAR announced that it has entered into a Credit Agreement with new lenders. The new Credit Agreement provides for $67.5 million in financing facilities over a five year term. The refinancing provides increased availability and liquidity, lower interest rates, extended term, as well as more flexible capital investment parameters.

    In late March the company announced their fourth quarter and year end fiscal results. For fiscal 2003, DAR's net sales grew 23.7% to $324.4 million while net income jumped 102% to $18.2 million. For the fourth quarter the company’s net sales rose 37% to $96.5 million with net income increasing 140.5% to $3.7 million.

    The rally continues for CFK. After the markets close on Thursday, April 22 CFK announced strong first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2004. The company reported a $1.6 million improvement in net income and a sales increase of 44%. The company's revenue increase reflects the continued strong market activity and an improved value offering to the marketplace.

    In heavy trading today CFK’s share price rose 11.8% to a new year-long high of $3.95. Today’s new high represents a two day increase of 25.4% and a gain of 43% over our April 8 profile price.

    After the markets close yesterday STG announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in two logistics businesses in Brazil. The acquired businesses, Azteca International Logistics (Azteca) and Cargo Connection Logistics (Cargo Connection), are integrated freight forwarders with operations throughout Brazil and will combine to provide the platform for STG’s Latin American operations.

    "These acquisitions position Stonepath at the forefront of an emerging, powerful global market where our clients in Europe and the United States, particularly in the apparel industry, are sourcing goods," said Dennis L. Pelino, STG’s Chairman of the Board and CEO.

    Oil prices remain strong, helped by jitters over a possible shortage in gas stocks and recent terrorist attacks in Saudi Arabia. In heavy trading today GEOI’s share price spiked 20.3% to a new year-long high of $2.72. Today’s new high also represents a gain of 48.6% over our initial profile price.

    On Tuesday April 6 GEOI announced strong fourth quarter and year end fiscal results for the period ended December 31, 2003. For fiscal 2003 GEOI’s net income soared 391% while full-year revenues increased 21.4%. During the fourth quarter GEOI’s revenues jumped 122.5%.

    GEOI is currently trading up $0.16 (7%) over Monday’s close at $2.42 on nearly four times the daily volume (47,454 shares).

    Fundamental Analysis - On February 20 COLL reported results for its first fiscal quarter which ended January 31, 2003.

    Sales for the quarter decreased 6% to $41,093,907 compared to $43,836,057 for the same period last year. The overall sales decrease was principally due to the impact of lower bus and ambulance sales during the quarter and was partially offset by higher sales of terminal truck/road construction products.

    The company posted a net loss of $64,757 ($.01 per share - diluted) for the quarter ended January 31, 2004 compared to a net loss of $148,971 ($.02 per share - diluted) for the same period last year. The net loss for the quarter ended January 31, 2004 decreased principally due to the impact of higher profit contributions from terminal truck/road construction products, lower interest costs and a one-time gain from the sale of a building and land. These improvements were partially offset by lower profit contributions from ambulance and bus products.


    COLL also announced that it declared its twenty-ninth consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend. Additionally, it said that it is raising its quarterly cash dividend to $.03-1/2 per share (formerly $.03 per share).
    The company's sales backlog at January 31, 2004 was $48.5 million compared to $46.7 million at October 31, 2003 and $50.7 million at January 31, 2003.

    Donald Lynn Collins, President and CEO, said, "Shipments of the most cyclical part of our business, terminal trucks, increased over 50% in the first quarter compared to the 2003 first quarter with a corresponding improvement in results from those operations. Ambulances and buses were 19% and 13% lower, respectively, for the same period."


    "We believe terminal trucks will continue to benefit from an improving economy and a weaker U.S. dollar, while at the same time, school and municipal purchases will need to increase before we see any appreciable increase in bus and ambulance shipments. Our cost improvements are taking affect and we believe our results will improve as fleet replacements increase throughout our industries."


    Conclusion - COLL is a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles for various segments of the transportation industry. They hold the #1 position in the worldwide ambulance market; the #1 position in North America’s Type “A” small school bus market; the #1 position in the combined road construction sweeper and industrial sweeper market; and the #2 position in North America’s terminal truck market.

    EDGR announced late yesterday its fiscal results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004. The company reported first quarter 2004 subscription growth of 13% over the same period last year and up 4% from the previous quarter. Since inception, the company's subscription revenues have grown incrementally each quarter. The average annual revenue reached $247 per subscriber, an increase of 17% from the first quarter of 2003 and an 8% increase from last quarter.

    EDGR reported revenue of $3.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2004, a decrease of 18% compared to the same period last year. Strong growth in the company's core subscription business was offset by an $814,000 or 80% decline in the company's technical services revenue. Seat-based subscription revenue increased 13% from the first quarter last year primarily due to an overall increase of over 1,800 seats of its premium EDGAR Online Pro service to financial professionals.


    Susan Strausberg, EDGR President and CEO said, "This quarter's results continue to demonstrate our shift from lower margin technical services towards our core subscription business and digital data feed services. The foundation for our future is solid and we believe our level of customer satisfaction is very high."
    "We continue to focus on revenue growth, improving already solid renewal rates, penetrating new markets and introducing new products and enhancements. Looking forward, we expect to see sequential overall revenue increases every quarter and expect year-over-year increases beginning in the third quarter of 2004."

    Before the markets open today TBUS announced that its Mobitec AB (Mobitec) subsidiary in Sweden has signed a new frame agreement with Volvo Bus Corporation (Volvo).


    As part of the new frame agreement, Mobitec will provide electronic destination sign systems to Volvo worldwide. Valid for two years, the agreement is renewable and is a continuation of the relationship that Mobitec has held with Volvo for many years.

    The measurements collected in an electronic signature are as unique to the individual as is their DNA. The biometrics of a handwritten signature are based not only on the shape of the signature but also on selected signature dynamics. The signature is captured along with timing elements (speed, acceleration) and sequential stroke patterns (did the "t" get crossed from right to left and did the "i" get dotted at the very end).

    These unique dynamics derived from a person's muscular dexterity are usually referred to as "muscle memory." The brain without any particular attention to detail automatically controls these nerve impulses. These "muscle memory" dynamics yield accuracy results that are comparable to, and less intrusive than the best alternative biometric technologies such as retinal eye scans or finger prints.

    One of the first areas to benefit from this technology would be on-line sales. In 2000 Internet fraud was $6.1 billion and is expected to grow to $15 billion by 2005. By using CICI’s Handwriting Recognition software, it is estimated that the loss would be cut in half.

    Fundamental Analysis - On April 22 CICI announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004.

    The company reported first quarter revenue of $2.43 million, an increase of 119% over the corresponding quarter of the prior year ($1.1 million). The increase in revenue is primarily attributable to Wells Fargo, who chose CICI’s eSignature technology for use in all of its full-service bank locations, and revenue from Charles Schwab, IA Systems, Misys Healthcare, PalmSource, Prudential and TVA.

    The net income of $1.17 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2004, represents an increase of $1.48 million compared to the net loss of $310,000 incurred in the corresponding quarter of the prior year.

    Recent News - On April 12 CICI announced that its 90% owned joint venture CICC has signed a licensing agreement for its InkTools, biometric, electronic signature and office automation tools with Shanghai Municipal Radio Administration Committee (SMRAC).

    As part of a larger project, to improve Office Automation (OA) solutions, SMRAC will be incorporating CICC's Inktools features for: Chinese Handwriting Recognition, document annotation, handwritten email, biometric signature verification and electronic signatures in place of the traditional "chops or seals."

    In late March CICI and Boston University (BU), announced a licensing agreement for CICI's iSign, biometric signature verification technology and Sign-it, electronic signature software for use in BU's MET Computer Sciences Department.

    The Master's programs in information security offered by the Computer Science Department at Boston University's Metropolitan College are among a few programs in the United States certified by the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) through the National Security Agency's INFOSEC Education and Training Program.

    Conclusion - Over the last few years CICI has emerged as the global leader in biometric signature verification and handwriting verification technology; and the company is well positioned to capture an even larger portion of the market.     In March the company signed a new licensing agreement with Boston University. In April CICI posted its strongest quarter ever and inked a new licensing agreement with Shanghai Municipal Radio Administration Committee.

    من المثير للانتباه في سهم CICI أن مدير الشركة SUNG, C.B شرا كميات كبيرة قبل ثلاثة أسابيع بأسعار مقاربة للأسعار الحالية و المدير وبشكل عام الانسايدر كما تعلم يبيعون نصيبهم من أسهم الشركة لأسباب مختلفة لكنهم ما يشترون إلا لمعرفتهم بأخبار أو عقود قادمة !!

    FATS announced today a subcontract of $14 million for weapon simulators to the U.S. Army. The order is for 2,700 weapons engineered by FATS, and will support an ongoing training program.

    FATS simulated weapons replicate form, fit and function of live weapons, including recoil. The weapons also allow accurate, real-time diagnostics including point-of-aim, weapon status, trigger pressure and cant.

    FATS CEO Ron Mohling said, "We are proud of our ability to meet the training needs of soldiers, especially at a time when readiness is paramount."

    In early trading, FATS share price ramped up 25.8% to an intra-day high of $1.12 ($0.02 shy of their previous 52-week high). The company is currently trading up $0.21 (23.6%) over Wednesday’s close at $1.10 on 272,285 shares.

    AELA along with its wholly-owned subsidiary Zentaris GmbH, today announced statistically significant positive results from a recently completed Phase II clinical program designed to evaluate cetrorelix, a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) antagonist that can benefit from a targeted and controlled decrease in sex hormones, including estrogen and testosterone.


    According to Gilles Gagnon, President and CEO at AELA, "Cetrorelix, together with perifosine, form the cornerstone of our pipeline and, as such, we are very excited about the prospect of seeing cetrorelix enter pivotal trials in major markets. We look forward to further leveraging the depth and breadth of the product pipeline that we obtained through the acquisition of Zentaris to continue to deliver benefits to patients and value to our shareholders."
    Detailed Phase II data with new depot formulation of cetrorelix in endometriosis and in pre-surgical treatment of uterine myomas will be presented during the 18th World Congress of the International Federation of Fertility Societies, which will be held in Montreal, Canada, on May 23- 28, 2004.

    AELA also announced recently that it will be releasing its first quarter financial results on Tuesday, May 4.

    In brisk trading AELA’s share price climbed 10.7% to a new year-long high of $8.42. Today’s new high also represents a 169% increase over our initial profile price. The company is currently trading up $0.74 over Wednesday’s close at $8.34 on 425,175 shares.
