MobilePro Corp. Signs LOI To Acquire EXP Internet Services

(MOBL, Trade) announced today the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire EXP Internet Services, an Internet services provider based in Beaumont, Texas. The completion of the transaction is subject to the signing of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Jay Wright, MobilePro President and CEO, said, "We are very pleased with the prospect of adding the EXP Internet Services team to our expanding telecommunications platform. We expect this acquisition will be accretive to MobilePro's earnings in 2004 and will fit well with our recent acquisition of Nationwide Internet." Earlier this month, MobilePro acquired Nationwide Internet, a national Internet services provider based in Hurst, Texas and operating in 30 states.

Founded in 1994, EXP Internet Services is one of the leading ISPs in southeast Texas. The company provides broadband and dial-up services, web hosting and VOIP telephone service. The application covers 32 claims in multiple frequencies around multiple wireless standards including ZigBee, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The patent application describes a technology that increases integration on a semiconductor chip for wireless communications. The new design is anticipated to allow for lower cost and more compact and efficient wireless communications. It reflects the trend toward fully integrated systems-on-a-chip ("SoC").

ممدوح : من متابعتي لحركة هذا السهم ، فغالبا بعد صعود مثل يوم امس يبدا نزول لمدة ثلاث ايام ثم يعاود الصعود.
