لو نظرت الى الخبر الذى وضعتة أنا فى السابق سوف تجد أن البيت الأبيض وافق على أنفاق مبلغ $ 4.2 مليار على برامج الأمان ولكن لم يحدث هذا الخبر أى تأثير على سعر السهم سوى بالنزول وأن بعض الأخوة توقعو أن 1% من الميلغ الذكور أذا ذهب الى هذة الشركة سوف يكون شى عظيم !!

الغريب أنها لا تتأثر بالاخبار بشكل كبير!!!

مرحباًً لجميع الاخوة،

اخي ابو المنذر اعذرني لعدم الاجابة سريعاً لاسباب خارجة عن ارادتي وتتعلق بظروف العمل، على كل حال رأيي في satc او في غيرها لا اسمح لنفسي بطرحه لسبب بسيط وهو: انا لا اتابع الا سهما واحدا بشكل اساسي هو xybr وعملية اعطاء راي في شركة اخرى سوف تتطلب الكثير من الوقت ، الذي لا املكه ، بناء عليه اعتذر منك شديد الاعتذار.

اما سعر الدخول في xybr فقد اشرت في مداخلة سابقة الى الرابط الذي يبين مستويات fibo retracement يمكن اعتماد هذه المستويات في الفترات الساكنة للسهم ، وامل ان تتاخر في الدخول لانني اعتقد اننا سنسمع ففي الاسبوع القادم انباء جديدة (انت صاحب القرار وتتحمل وحدك تبعاته) فكما نعلم :

- لم يكن هناك اخبار على السهم ليومين متتاليين (خميس-جمعة) واليوم الاخبار على القول المصري (اي كلام ) لم تقدم ما ينتظره المستثمرون ، علينا ان نكون صبورين فالاخبار المهمة اتية ، بالنسبة لي لا يهمني اذا تاخرت ، مع انني لا اتوقع هذا بل اعتقد انها قريبة (على كل حال لن اغامر بالخروج الان طمعاً بالدخول على مستويات اقل، فمع شركة مثل xybr وفي الوضع الحالي لا والف لا) لماذا للاسباب التالية:

-اطمأن صناع السوق الى الفترة التي سبقت تاريخ 1-10-2003 لان اخبار التعاقد مع الحكومة كانت
مستبعدة كون التاريخ المذكور يحدد بدء العمل بموازنة 2004 ، الان اعتقد ان هناك احتمالات اعلى
لصدور خبر التعاقد first responfer او coast guard وكما ذكرت سابقا فان مثل هذا
التعاقد يعتبر اساسيا جدا في نظر المستثمرين لانعكاسه المباشر على مستقبل الشركة وحجمها في السوق
وجودة منتجاتها واهمية التكنولوجيا التي تمتلكها بالاضافة الى ادخال الطمئنينة الى قلوب المستثمرين من
ناحية وضع السيولة لديها.

-اخبار اخرى مهمة جداً ننتظرها وستكون مؤثرة :

1- احتمال عودة xybr الى nasdaq nm، انظر الرابط التالي:

2- ظهور اي اخبار تشير الى كون xybr هي ضمن مشروع boing لتنسيق الحرب المستقبلية وهو

هؤلاء الذين يجذفون بعكس التيار لن يستطيعو الاستمرار طويلاً امام الضغط المتواصل للمجرى الطبيعي المتضخم بفعل الروافد الكثيرة التي تصب كلها (حتى الان) في اتجاه دعم المجرى الاساسي فمن الحكومة الفدرالية وعقودها ، الى القطاع الصناعي وتطبيقاته التي لا تحصى، مروراً بالقطاع الطبي، والتعليمي، الى قطاعات الابحاث ، الى قطاع اجهزة الكومبيوتر اللاسلكية (wireless computer) الى امتلاك الشركة لاكثر من 700 براءة اختراع موزعة بين اميركا واوروبا واسيا ، كل ذلك يطرح علينا تساؤلات ويوصلنا الى استنتاجات اقلها:

Inspection/Monitoring Technologies Integrate With Mobile/Wearable Computing for Greater Efficiency and Improved Safety

Xybernaut(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:XYBR), today announced that the company has been granted a patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office related to a system that detects corrosion on maritime vessels.

Since salt-water is highly corrosive, the steel thickness of maritime vessels is of critical importance to their safe operation.

This patent, U.S. 6,633,820, describes a broad array of potential military, commercial and recreational applications.

Called "System for assessing metal deterioration on maritime vessels," the patent essentially describes a system or apparatus for on-site testing and inspecting of metal structures and their deterioration using non-destructive testing (NDT) devices and computing technologies. Under this patent, the inspector wears both the NDT device and a mobile/wearable computer. This configuration affords immediate access to inspection and test results.

In the marine industry, ships of all kinds are inspected and gauged for hull thickness and deterioration. This activity typically takes place at specified intervals and at predetermined locations. In particular, chemical and oil tankers and bulk carriers are subject to metal deterioration, because of corrosion, at a faster rate than other types of ships. Significant metal loss places the vessel at risk of severe casualty and/or loss.

"Current inspection/gauging practices typically require the inspector to obtain data while on the vessel, however, the information must then be transferred from a paper checklist or a hand-held device to a more powerful computer for comparison with a stored database of past data," stated Richard Bizar, vice president for Xybernaut Corporation. "This activity takes time and the vessel, in most cases, is underway -- engaged in numerous operations when actual hull condition is determined. Decisions made at this time can mean the difference between life and death and considerable costs, as in the case of vessels or cargo lost in heavy weather because of deteriorated hull strength."

Richard Bizar, inventor for this patent, is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Officer who specialized in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection during his USCG career of over 20 years. During his USCG tenure, Richard had many assignments in shipyards, including resident USCG Inspector at Todd Seattle and St Louis Ship. At Xybernaut, where he has been for the past four years, Bizar currently directs special projects related to various technologies and market sectors. اخي الغني نتائج الفصل الثالث ستصدر بتاريخ 13-11-2003

يبدو ان حساسية هذا السهم تجاه الاخبار عالية جدا ، فانا لم ارى في الاخبار السابقة ما يدعم الى درجة اليقين هذا الصعود واعتقد ان الترقب الكبير لاي حركة تصدر عن هذا السهم لدى المستثمرين مستندين الى قناعة بمستقبل الشركة الواعد شكل الدافع لهذه الموجة من الصعود، لكن الكل يبحث عن جواب السؤال التالي : متى سيبدأ الصعود الحقيقي للسهم؟

كل منا بالطبع لديه توقع معين في معرض الجواب على هذا، وكنت قد اشرت في مداخلة سابقة الى ارتباط هذا التوقيت بامكانية حدوث امر من ثلاثة :
1- عقد بقيمة كبيرة قياسا الى عقود الشركة السابقة وحجمها (خصوصا مع الحكومة الاميركية-الجيش).
2- اعادة تسجيل الشركة في NASDAQ NM
3- صدور التقريرالمالي للفصل الثالث بنتائج ايجابية اعلى من المتوقع.

حتى الان لم يحدث اي من ما تقدم ، اذا فالخوف على المدى القصير (لا اهمية للكلام على المدى الطويل فمستقبل الشركة مضمون ورائع هذه قناعتي ولم اقرأ حتى الان ما يؤدي الى تبديلها) ان لا يكون الارتفاع الذي يسبق اعلان النتائج مرتكزا على ارضية صلبة (على المدى القصير جدا) وبالتالي سوف يتكرر نموزج TMTA
فبالرغم من الوضوح الذي لف مستقبل الشركة بعد اعلانها عن CPU جديد قبل اعلان نتائجها المالية للربع الثالث وبالرغم من الاهتمام الكبير الذي حظي به هذا المنتج من كبيريات الشركات المصنعة للكومبيوتر المحمول فقد نزل سعر الشركة بشكل كبير بعد اعلانها عن نتائج مالية لا تتطابق مع التوقعاات المسبقة للمستثمرين، لهذه الاسباب ( وبالنسبة لي ) ، اذا لم يحصل اي من الامور السابقة، قبل اعلان نتائج الفصل فساقوم بالتالي:
- بيع نصف كمية الاسهم قبل الاعلان، فاذا كان الاعلان سلبياً سابيع الباقي في بداية الموجة الهابطة، على ان اعود للخول على مستوى FIBO المناسب تبعا لحركة السوق.
- اما في حال صعود السوق فساعاود الشراء على بداية الموجة الصاعدة ، ولا اهمية لفرق السنتات لان الصعود سيكون بالدولار في حال كانت النتائج ايجابية.

هكذا ارى الامور وليس امامنا سوى الانتظار والصبر

DJ Xybernaut Results -2: 3Q Rev $2.7M Vs $2.5M >XYBR


FAIRFAX, Va. (Dow Jones)--Xybernaut Corp. (XYBR) narrowed its third-quarter losses as revenue rose 6.2% and operating expenses dropped by more than a third.

In a press release Thursday, the provider of mobile software reported a third-quarter loss of $4.7 million, or 3 cents a share, compared with a loss of $7.9 million, or 10 cents a share, a year earlier.

Third-quarter revenue rose to $2.7 million from $2.5 million. Xybernaut also cut its operating expenses 36% to $3.8 million from $6 million a year earlier.

بالنسبة لي ، ارى ان مستوى fibo 1.52 مناسب للدخول مجدداً مع القناعة بما حققته لزيادة الكمية هذا مع العلم ان :

1- لا اخبار سيئة
2- لا هلع وكمية التداول شبه عادية
3- نتائج الشركة المالية كانت اقرب الى مقبولة ومتوقعة

في هذا الظرف اتذكر قول وزير مالية لبنان وفي اواخر الحرب ، حيث كان يدعو المستثمرين للدخول الى السوق اللبناني بالقول :" اشتري على صوت المدافع ".

والان اسمع ازيز الرصاص على xybr بلا سبب واضح ، وساعمل بالنصيحة الشهيرة (وبقناعاتي طبعاً) وساقوم بالشراء ، هذا ما سافعله انا ، والقرار دائما لكم.
