لست جديداً على هذا المنتدى وسبق لي المشاركة من خلال الموضوع التالي:

لم تكن النهاية كما تمنيتها ، حيث اعلنت الشركة افلاسها تمهيداً لاعادة الهيكلة، يومها لم اتمتع بالجرأة الكافية للاستمرار بالكتابة في المنتدى خشية ان يسألني احدهم ، كم خسرت؟ ناهيك عن تحميلي وزر خسارة الاخرين، على كل حال امل ان تكون نهاية الموضوع الجديد افضل من سابقه مع الاشارة انني مسؤول فقط عن قراري اما قراركم فلكم.

احدى شركات الpinksheet تعمل في مجال الtelematics لديها منتج اساسي واحد هو cyber tracker وهو عبارة عن الة يمكن تركيبها داخل اي الية متحركة مع امكانية نقل كافة المعلومات الخاصة بهذه الالية بما فيها رسم المسار كاملا وحفظه تمهيدا لنقل المعلومات الى المركز (مباشر او بعد حين) باستخدام شبكات iden او gsm او غيرها....

الشركة صغيرة ، بالحسابات المالية الصرفة هي على وشك الافلاس:

1- ازمة سيولة (في مرحلة تطوير منتجها)
2- حجم الOutstanding Shares هائل 5,355,443,398 بتاريخ Jun 30, 2007.
3-لم تستطع الشركة الى الان تامين مبيعات ضخمة لمنتجها.
4-هناك دعوى قضائية مقامة ضدها من قبل ميرها السابق.

مع كل هذه المشاكل لا بد من الحذر (وربما الهرب)، لكنني انظر الى الشركة على الشكل التالي:

1- القطاع التي تعمل فيه واعد
2- امكانيات المنتج لديها واسعة من حيث امكانية استخدامه في مجالات عدة وقد اثبت نجاحه من خلال العقود التي وقعتها الشركة مع زبائن عدة اهمهم من وجهة نظري شركة "برافو" السعودية

ان عقدا كبيرا توقعه شركة صغيرة مثل hisc قد يرفع سعرها الحالي في السوق اضعاف (السعر الحالي 0.0001-0.0002) ، اذا اعتمدنا هذا المنطق يكون اسؤال التالي: هل الشركة على وشك توقيع عقد جديد (مع "برافو مثلا") ام لا؟؟

للاجابة على هذا السؤال لا بد من التفتيش عن مؤشرات لمثل هذا التعاقد والنبدأ من الرابط الخاص بشركة "برافو" :

هناك ثلاثة اخبار عن تعاقد برافو مع شركة "أجرة" القابضة وهي شركة لسيارات الاجرة تعمل في مدن المملكة العربية السعودية يتضمن الخبر مايلي :

1-"إمكانية تحويل الجهاز المحمول من "برافو" ليصبح ثابتاً داخل المركبة وبالتالي يتم استخدامه لتتبع تحركات المركبة وتنقلاتها إضافة إلى باقي خدمات الاتصال اللاسلكي" وفي نهايته
2- "من المتوقع أن تفعل هذه الخدمات بدءاً من مدينة الرياض لتتوسع خلال الست أشهر القادمة لتصل إلى باقي مدن المملكة تباعاً"

الاشارة الاولى تحدد امكانية تركيب جهاز cyber tracker في سيارات الاجرة تسميه "برافو" AVL Box-HS .
الاشارة الثانية تعطي فكرة عن حجم المشروع الذي يحتاج ستة اشهر لكي يشمل كل مدن المملكة.

الان ما علاقة كل ذلك بشركة hisc
اولا سبق لشركة "برافو" ان اشترت اكثر من مرة cyber tracker من شركة hisc للتاكيد راجع الربط التالي:

اعتقد ان هذه الاشارات تكفي للتاكيد (من وجهة نظري) ان المنتج الذي سيتم اعتماده لتنفيذ العقد بين "برافو" و"اجرة" هو الcyber tracker الخاص بشركة hisc وبالتالي ستشكل الصفقة بين الاثنين عندما تعلن رافعاً مهماً لسعر السهم بسبب تعطش المستثمرين او المضاربين في سهم hisc لاي خبر يخص مبيعات هذه الشركة.

هذا رأي وتحليلي انا واتمنى ممن لديه اي معلومات اضافي عن شركة "برافو" ومشاريعها في المملكة ان يؤكد او ينفي او ان يشاركنا باي اضافة.

شكرا اخي حنون، لا اشك بحرصك على الجميع لكنني اعتبر ان اي متعاما في البورصة عليه ان يضع الاسوأ نصب عينيه وان يكيف نفسه مع المستجدات (قدر المستطاع) والا فان السكري (واقربائه) سيصيب كل متعامل في البورصة .

Just a few quick updates today. The integration work on the Taxi Meters for the Middle East is going quicker than I expected. We have successfully completed the integration of the Cyber Tracker in with one of the Taxi Meters. We are now working with all of our partners in the project to determine a protocol on how the data is to be sent. Really, it comes down to in what order do they want to receive the information. I will post some pictures of the entire setup later this week so you can see how the system is setup.

لقد اعلن مدير الشركة في رسالته الاخيرة للمستثمرين عن عرض تقدمو به لشركة في الخليج (الشرق الاوسط) ب5000 وحدة CT ، ان حساباً بسيطاً لقيمة هكذا صفقة :

مليونان ومئتين وخمسون الف دولار ، يمكن لاي متابع ان يتوقع ماذا يعني هكذا رقم مبيعات لشركة صغيرة مثل hisc .

اخواني انا نفسي اشرت في بداية الموضوع الى المشاكل المالية الكبيرة التي تعاني منها الشركة ولكن الفكرة بسيطة اختصرها بما يلي:
1- الشركة تعمل على تطوير منتجها .....النجاح والفشل هنا تقرره المبيعات
2- حجم المبيعات مهم نظراً للحجم المالي المحدود للشركة
3- حجم مبيعات كبير يعني امكانية دخول الشركة في buy back لاسهمها وبالتالي ايقاف الdilution.
4- اي عقد كبير توقعه الشركة سوف يحدث لدى الستثمرين (المضاربين) ردت فعل ايجابية لا بد ان تنعكس طلباً متزايداً عليه.

وكل ما افعله انني اتابع اخبار الصفقة المنتظرة مع برافو (اشرت الى ذلك في بداية الموضوع) والجديد هنا هو الاتي:

As Promised I am uploading a few images of the Cyber Tracker with the Taxi Meter. Basically what you see is a Cyber Tracker with an external GPS antenna, Taxi Meter and all the wiring to interface it with a vehicle. The only thing that is not shown in the pictures that will be implemented is an external speaker and microphone. I will keep you updated on where we are with this project.

It's Wednesday and it has already been a very productive week! As we gain in customer numbers, we are recognizing the need for a strong customer service program. In any business customer service is a very important issue. To maintain quality customer service we are trying a new software package on demo. Doing this will allow us to have a better understanding of the customers previous problems and what steps where taken to correct them. We want to strive to have excellent customer service and I think this will be an excellent step to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.

Tadd Ayers is working this week to get a demo unit to a customer in New York. This particular customer has requested a Cyber Tracker with an external speaker and microphone for communications. It is a large opportunity for Cyber Trackers being sold, but it also shows how much people utilize the voice capabilities on the Cyber Tracker. Just one more thing that sets the Cyber Tracker aside from everyone else!

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 19, 2007 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) announced today that the solar powered charging system for Cyber Tracker has completed the final phase of testing and has been released for sale.
Phase one of the testing was completed on April 17, 2007. During that first phase the Cyber Tracker logged position data flawlessly for more than 100 days. The second and final phase of the testing was a real-time field test with Champion Tire and Wheel, Inc. in Cornelius, North Carolina. In this test the solar powered Cyber Tracker was installed in one of the wheel transport trailers Champion uses to transport tires for NASCAR. In phase two the Cyber Tracker has operated successfully for 66 continuous days without any source of backup power.

"Champion Tire & Wheel has enjoyed continued success using the cyber tracker units," stated Todd Carpenter of Champion Tire and Wheel. "In addition to each tractor having a cyber tracker unit, the solar powered cyber tracker trial on our trailer has gone well. The trailer has gone across the country with the unit providing continued service. We have been able to track the trailer independent of the tractor. The unit is virtually unnoticed and effortless for the driver. The company, however, benefits from the confidence of being able to locate the trailer even if it is not hooked to a tractor. The potential of this solar technology will allow for the tracking of every unit in the fleet. Trailers lost in a distance yard will be a thing of the past."

مثل هذه الاخبار تزيد قناعتي بامكانيات الشركة ، ولا بد ان ينعكس كل ذلك على سعر السهم (انطباعي الخاص).

One of the current ways oil companies use to monitor pumping stations is to fly a helicopter into remote areas where the pumping equipment can be physically assessed by workers. This is a VERY expensive solution...and could easily cost $3,000 or more just to fly out and check on a single pump.

Hook a Cyber Tracker up to the pumping equipment...and you can monitor the equipment 24 hours a day....from anywhere in the world....pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc. What's more...if a pump is running hot or is having a problem...it may be possible to catch the problem...early on....and shut the pump down...or get to the site to make repairs before major damage is done.

Along these same lines....Fred was talking about a company in Europe...that makes generators that cost about $250,000 each (I think he may have worked with or had some kind of interaction with this company when he was an executive in Europe several years ago). The generators he was referring to, are many times placed in remote sites....and if one of these units should get low on oil...or start running too hot.....the generator could freeze up and the owner now has a ruined quarter-of-a-million dollar piece of equipment on his hands. Not good. Fred's idea would be to have a Cyber Tracker installed (OEM) at the factory...on every one of these generators....and whether it is a $500 or a $1,000 additional expense....that is so miniscule when you gain the ability to have 24 hour monitoring...and can shut the generator down remotely....if it starts behaving erratically.

للتصحيح فقط ، انا لم اكتب ابداً عن usxp ، الموضوع الوحيد الذي كتبته قبل هذا كان عن شركة xybernaut التي انتهت الى اعلان افلاسها وللصدفة الغريبة انه مع ذكر القديم نشر حديثاً المقال التالي على رويترز:

NEW YORK, Oct 19 (Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors charged six people on Friday, including former top officials at Xybernaut Corp. and Ramp Corp. (RCOCQ.PK: Quote, Profile, Research) and two investors, in a multimillion dollar scheme that used discounted shares to cover short sales.
The indictment alleges that top officials at Xybernaut and Ramp got the companies to issue hundreds of millions of heavily discounted shares to offshore entities secretly controlled by two investors who live in Israel, U.S. attorney's office in Brooklyn, New York said.
The two investors sold the shares short and covered their positions with the discounted stock, prosecutors said.
The scheme generated about $55 million in illegal profits, prosecutors said.
The six people include Edward Newman, Xybernaut's former chief executive; Steven Newman, Xybernaut's former chief operating officer; Martin Weisberg, a lawyer who served on Xybernaut's board; Andrew Brown, Ramp's former president; and investors Zev Saltsman and Menachem Eitan.
They face securities fraud and money laundering charges, prosecutors said.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission also filed civil charges against the defendants in a separate case.
Ramp, which developed software for healthcare industry, and Xybernaut, which developed wearable computers, both filed for bankruptcy protection in 2005, prosecutors said.
The indictment also alleges that Saltsman and Eitan paid kickbacks to their co-defendants, including a $1 million payment to Steven Newman made from a Swiss bank account and $50,000 in cash delivered to Brown in a paper bag, prosecutors said.
Brown was scheduled to be arraigned on Friday in Brooklyn federal court. Steven Newman was arrested in Virginia. Saltsman was arrested in London on Thursday, and the United States is seeking his extradition. Prosecutors said they also plan to seek the extradition of Eitan from Israel.
Warrants have been issued for the arrests of Weisberg and Edward Newman, prosecutors said.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation was also involved in the probe.
