وعند مراجعتي للخبر لشركة الprgnوvign
وجدة ان الشركةالاولى حذرة بان ارباح السهم للفترة المقبلة اقل مما كان متوقع له
اما الشركة الثانية كانت تركز على ارباح الربع الرابع انها كانت اقل من المتوقع
سؤالي ان لم اكن مخطيء هل هناك صيغ تحذيرية معروفة في الوول ستريت غير هالصيغتين بحيث استطيع
تطبيق طريقة المضاربة عليها
اما سؤالي الثاني هل يجب على ان اقرا كل اخبار شركات السوفت وير حتى اعرف اصطاد الشركات التي حذرة

Peregrine says sluggish economy to hurt results
NEW YORK, Jan 2 (Reuters) - Software company Peregrine Systems (NasdaqNM:PRGN - news) on Wednesday said third quarter earnings will be worse than expected, blaming the global economic downturn for the fall-off in business.
The San Diego, California-based company said it expects to post a pro forma net loss of between 7 cents and 8 cents per share in the third quarter, before items related to acquisitions. Peregrine said that after taking items into consideration, it will post a loss of between 32 cents and 33 cents per share.
Analysts had expected the company's earnings to be between 7 and 11 cents, with a mean of 10 cents, in the quarter, according to analysts polled by research firm First Call/Thomson Financial.
Revenues in the quarter will be about $175 million, it said.
``Challenging global economic conditions, particularly in Europe, continued to impact our business this quarter,'' Steve Gardner, Peregrine's chairman and chief executive, said in a statement.
