Boston Life Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLSI) today announced, in accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350, as amended, it granted inducement stock options in connection with the commencement of employment of Mark Pykett, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. These options were granted without stockholder approval pursuant to NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350(i)(1)(A)(iv) under the following terms: 500,000 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $0.75, of which 125,000 options vested immediately upon grant and the remaining 375,000 options will vest monthly in equal installments over four years, subject to accelerated vesting if certain performance goals are achieved.
