انت ان كان لديك خبره بمجال تجاره الاسهم ما قلت هذا
لانك لن تاخ كلامي بدرجه الصدق المطلق بل انه يجب عليك تحليل السهم ومتابعه اخباره بنفسك ولا تعتمد علي اقوال احد
من وجهه نظري هو فرصه للشراء
ولكن ممكن ان اكون مخطء والله الموفق والله اعلم

السفير كان يعرب ( إعراب ) كان يقول السهم في محل نصب وعلامة نصبة الفتحة الظاهرة على اخرة .




فعلا لا احد يشتري او يبيع با النصيحة فقط . يجب تحليلة ودراستة ومن ثم تحمل النتائج لوحدة فقط .

ZOOX تابعتة خلال الاسبوع الي راح تقريبا لاحظت علية ان تداولة قليل , لكن ما احد يقوقع اي شي يصير . وبحكم خبرتك وقرائتي لمقاللاتك جعلتني اتابع السهم .

طريقة عرض السهم بهذه الطريقه هى التى قد تسيىء الفهم ولا أحد أنشاء الله يشك فى نواياك الصادقه

أنا أتابع للكثير من المظاربين هنا

وعندما يلفت نظرهم سهم من الاسهم عليه حركه غير عاديه أو عليه خبر يتم أنزاله فى المنتدا بطريقة

الاخ الشامي لم اجزم بأنها عملية نصب ولكني شكيت في الأمر لهذه الاسباب.
1-انت عضو جديد لا نعرفك اي لست ثقة لعدم المعرقة
2-انت مركز على هذا السهم منذ ثلاثة ايام وقد وضعت له 3مواضيع مستقلة
الاول-هذا السهم للشراء فورا
الثاني--فرصة لا تعوض
الثالث--بسرعه الحقوها
فلماذا لم تضع الموضوعين الاخيرين كتعقيب للاول ولماذ هذه التوصيات الشرهه:D ولو تلاحظ ترشيحات اعضاء المنتدى المتميزنين كالحربي والهاجري والحازمي وابوبيني وعزيززز وغيرهم كثير دائما يطلبون الحذر بعد الترشيح ولم أقرأ يوما ان احدهم وصى على سهم بهذه الطريقة الشرهه:D
والذي ذهبت اليه نفسي انك تقوم بتغرير اعضاء المنتدى لكي يدخلوا في السهم ثم يرتفع فتخرج انت منه بسرعه طبعا بأموال الغلابه خاصة وانا الفوليوم ضعيف واي عملية شراء ولو كانت صغيرة ستؤثر فيه.
عموما اذا كنت غلطان وأتمنى ذلك فأرجو المعذرة.
وان كنت محقا فيما ذهبت اليه فأتق الله يا الشامي وأعلم ان أكثر الأخوه هتا خسرانين فمنهم من عليه ديون ومنهم من ضيع ما جمعه طوال سنوات عمرة.

Dear friend
First of all you must explain yourself to all others unless you will be misunderstood. The way you put your comments about this stock indicates that 99% for buy. You should have indicated to all that you have already entered and purchased , giving your explanations technically and fundamentally, otherwise we will think that is a "cheat" or not a serious advice .
From the other side, the last time I read your comments about the Commedity Markets" and I think that you said that you don't know much about the Stocks and Equity Markets. Many conrovesaries that you must take note of .
I recommended the European Markets last week, have you taken note??? Shukran and be more serious and patient with the others as we are sometimes very nervous and don't tolerate trivial comments.

As tech executives focus on books, business languishes

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Barbara Velline, the chief financial officer of technology company Gadzoox Networks Inc. ZOOX.OB , says her books are squeaky clean.

Now Velline just needs some deals to fill them.

Velline and other top Gadzoox executives have huddled over last year's financial results, while she thinks her time is better spent on spreading the word about a new business line, licensing the storage networking technology that powers Gadzoox's products.

"It is a distraction, because I am spending time with (auditors) that I would rather be spending with customers," Velline said.

But the era of heightened regulatory attention is far from over. U.S. lawmakers and Securities and Exchange Commission have passed a host of measures to ensure companies tell the whole truth, including requiring chief executives and chief financial officers of nearly 1,000 top corporations vouch for the validity of their financial results, beginning next Wednesday.

Technology companies, which like to report "pro forma" results that accountants say gloss over many items that affect earnings, could use a shot of investor confidence. Widespread investor skepticism about the truthfulness of financial results also has hurt a risky but pivotal technology sector: investments in start-up tech companies that helped step up innovation in the U.S. economy and light a fire under the stock market in the 1990s.

"We're spending more time with accountants," said Dan Lankford of Brown Venture Associates. "We're taking the time to dig more. A lot of that is a reaction to the general environment ... We're getting serious sooner."

The problem is that the timing is awful, Customers shocked by the slow economy have frozen spending on technology products and services. So some corporations say top executives, who are often the top salespeople, need to focus on earning a profit and taking the pulse of client needs.

"Those are the types of activities that build shareholder value as opposed to really spending a lot of time evaluating legal issues and technical accounting issues," Velline said.

MORE THAN NUMBERS

Bob Bishop, chief executive of high-end computer maker Silicon Graphics Inc.SGI.N (SGI), plans to certify results for the SEC after a thorough check of financial procedures. But he plans to go beyond the sworn statement.

"There is a tremendous amount of additional attention paid by boards of directors, including our board, on all the issues that go into corporate governance," he said. "It is not just: 'Let's look at all the numbers.'"

U.S. companies should focus on moving toward long-term investment goals rather than "looking at the goddamn stock price on an hourly basis," Bishop says. Indeed, a short-term focus on SGI's stock price would make most people crazy. In the last year, the stock first rose 14-fold, then fell by two-thirds to trade around $1.30 now.

Some companies say business is proceeding as usual. The board of LivePerson Inc.LPSN.O , which makes software for businesses to chat with consumers searching their Web sites, has become much more focused on finances, but that has not changed daily business, said Chief Executive Robert LoCascio.

Database software maker Oracle Corp.ORCL.O , which suffered a stock meltdown in 1990 after a series of accounting problems, said its books are in good order and its top two executives are confident enough to certify results without additional review.

Murray Demo, the chief financial officer of Adobe Systems Inc.ADBE.O , the publishing software maker, said that this season's regulatory changes were no more onerous than most years, even if the level of public scrutiny and attention were higher.

SCRUTINY FOR START-UPS

Accounting concerns surrounding publicly listed tech companies also are weighing on privately held tech start-ups, prompting many of the young firms to focus on finances to ease concerns of cautious and picky public offering underwriters.

"Wall Street ultimately sets the rules as to who gets the public money so everybody wants the numbers to be scrubbed clean," said Curtis Feeny of venture firm Voyager Capital.

Entrepreneurs must make sure books are in order to pursue scarce IPO opportunities -- on top of the difficult tasks of developing and marketing new tech products and services.

"If you look at a lot of companies that went public three and four years ago, they had a lot of non-cash expenses but then nobody cared about profits," said Dan Avida, chief executive of Decru Inc., a privately held maker of data storage security appliances. "Now people are looking at anything that could conceivably influence profitability."

Some start-ups are hiring professional auditors early, and venture capitalists, who already had tightened funding for start-ups, are more thoroughly auditing portfolio companies.

Venture firms would do well to dig. Start-ups often do not have financial officers, and so their books are often full of accounting irregularities, according to restructuring consultant Martin Pichinson of Sherwood Partners Inc.

And some executives misuse funding and cook company books.

"They aren't stealing everything, but they may buy a $30,000 car and not tell anybody," warns venture investor Harry Edelson of Edelson Technology Partners, who has hired former FBI agents to investigate some start-ups. "Now we scrutinize more carefully because I've uncovered malfeasance."

لاتنزعج وخلك اكثر مرونه

سهمك هذا ممكن يوصل 50 سنت او اكثر ولكن من افضل الطرق للمضارب هو ان تترك غيرك يشتري ويفتتح السهم وعندما تجد اقبال على السهم اشتري معهم واطلع قبلهم بربح قليل وفي هذا الطريق عدة فوائد :

1 _ اذا السهم انثبر فالطقه جات في راس غيرك وانت بعيد عن السهم
2 _ اذا السهم ارتفع فمن افتتح السهم فسيربح اكثر بكل تاكيد ولكن هو مغامر وبقوه وانت مضارب سريع وربحك هو اقل بالتاكيد ولكن مع مخاطر اقل
3 _ اذا الفوليوم قليل فلن تستطيع الهرب عندما تنوي ذلك الا بخساره موجعه وتقل الخسائر عندما يكون الفوليوم جيد

اخي الحبيب : انا لست استاذ حتى اعطيك محاضره في فنون المضاربه ولكن انا شخص مجرب وكل يوم استفيد شيء جديد
