Revenues were $60,031,000, for the second quarter of 2002, a 3% sequential increase compared with first quarter 2002 revenues of $58,377,000 and a 16% increase compared with $51,710,000 for the corresponding period of 2001. Pro forma earnings, excluding non-cash acquisition charges, were $5,342,000 or $0.11 per diluted share. Including the after-tax effect of non-cash acquisition charges of $1,464,000, which consisted of amortization of intangibles and compensation charges for unvested stock options associated with the June 2001 acquisition of Network ICE, the reported net income for the second quarter of 2002 was $4,125,000 or $.08 per share.
