Co announces that it has entered into a marketing agreement with Cardinal Health (CAH) that provides exclusive rights to market certain MPP systems directly to specified customers that serve the long-term care and correctional facilities mkts. Under the agreement, CAH will gain the right to mkt the complete line of MPP filling and sealing equipment. The agreement will still allow MPP to sell disposable products to existing and future customers through its current distribution channels.
