Envoy Strategic Acquisition Update


TORONTO, Nov 15, 2004 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- Envoy's management is in
advanced discussions with five acquisition targets, all of these companies are
profitable and would add to our earnings. Envoy expects to be in a position to
announce specific details regarding some of the transactions no later than
December 7, 2004. Within the same time frame, Envoy will provide earnings
guidance for fiscal 2005.

Envoy is in a position of strength, with no debt and approximately $57 million
in working capital. To date, Envoy has purchased approximately three million
shares through its issuer bid. Envoy will continue to purchase shares as the
company sees tremendous value in its stock.

The company's sales and marketing team is making significant progress on the new
business front, and Envoy's management will be announcing news regarding its new
business efforts in the coming weeks.

States, Canada and Continental Europe. We are confident that our strategic plan
will be realized," said Geoff Genovese, CEO of Envoy Communications Group.
