الله يتقبل دعاك ، أحب أضيف للأخ Leo ولا يهون الجميع طبعا ان الشركة في الخبر اليوم ذكر الرئيس ان نتائج اليوم لا تتضمن نتائج الشركة السنغافورية InFoTel الي شروها موخرا والتي من المتوقع ان تضاعف دخلها 100% كل ربع سنة. وبما أن الشركة عدد اسهما 17.5 مليون سهم فهذا جيد.واعتقد انها من الشركات الجيدة لفترة 6 شهور الى سنة.

الأخ Leo لا أستطيع ان اقولك بكم تشتري و لكن لو شريت لا تنسى انها شركة متوقع منها الكثير وخا صة مع فورة السوق الأخيرة.

Sales for the third quarter of this year were $669,550 compared to $562,972 in the first quarter. This is the second consecutive double digit quarter-to-quarter revenue growth the Company has reported. IPVoice also turned in a 15 percent jump in second quarter sales over first. The total sales for the year for the nine months ended September 30, 2003 were $1,753,577 compared to $540,211 for the same period last year; a year-to-year revenue growth of 225%.

The Company had a net income of $76,176 or $0.01 per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2003, compared to a net loss of $(637,236), or $(0.02) per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2002.

لكن الافضل انك ترفع الستوب لوز مع ارتفاع السعر. وتكتفي بربح مضمون. ولا تطمع ولا تتعاطف مع السهم.

وحط في الحسبان بعد هذا الارتفاع فلابد ان السهم يريح وينزل في الايام القادمة تدريجياً وممكن من بكره يبدأ النزول ثم بعدها يبدأ رحلت صعود ثانية.

للعلم السهم كان يتداول بأضعاف هذا السعر ونحن في بداية الطريق لكن الشاطر اللي يبيع فوق ويشتري من تحت مع تذبب السهم

التداول خف ولم يكسر 0,65 كسر صريح. وباقي ساعة ونص لأقفال السوق. كل شئ بعلم الغيب ولكن انا بسحب نفسي من السهم وأحتفظ بربح 20%

كذلك فشل للمرة الخامسة خلال ثلاث ايام كسر 0,65 السوق احمر مو قاعد يساعد
لاحظ الآن الاسك 0,65 والبد 0,62 في فرق كبير ولا توجد صفقات منفذة تحرك السهم لأعلى أو لأسفل.
انا متابع السهم وانتظره بصراحه بعد أختراق الهاي السنوي (0,69)
لكن عندي احساس ان السهم اليوم راح ينزل ويغلق تحت 0,60 والله أعلم

ما قدرت اصيدها على 0.65 ، ولكن وراها وراها الي 0.70 مش بطالة.

اعد النظر في MOBL يوم 4/2 ستجد الافتتاح نفس اغلاق يوم 3/2 ثم نزول في السعر الى ما قبل اخر سعر في يوم 3/2 ثم ارتداد.

انا لم اتابع البورصه خلال الفترة السابقة بسبب ذهابي لأداء فريضة الحج.
كنت متوقع نزول السهم ووضعت امر شراء لتعزيز على سعر 0.70 قبل ذهابي للحج وتم الشراء بتاريخ 4 فبراير ولله الحمد.
أخي البدر؛ عاجلا أم آجلاً السهم بيصعد بسبب البيانات المالية القوية للشركة في الفترة الأخيرة. وراح اعزز مره ثانية حتى ولو وصل للخمسين سنت واتوقع صعبه ان يصلها.

للعلم وضعت امر البيع فقط لنصف الكمية على سعر 1,20 $ وسأحتفظ بالباقي ما دام الترند العام لناسداك الصاعد

أهلا ياليو : اخر مره حددنا السبورت الجديد (65) وتاكد هذا السبورت قبل كم يوم ، يجب الانتظار حتى تعمل قاعدة جديدة نقدر نستنتج منه السبورت الجديد.

اخر خبر يتكلم عن شراء 51% من شركة WFRI ، ومن الخبر تعرف ان الشركة اللي شروها من ضمن القطاع الذي يعملون فيه (VoiP)، وقطاع(VoiP) مرتبط ارتباط كلي مع الانترنت وخدماتها.

الشركة الجديدة WFRI واثقة من نفسها ومقدمة على AMEX ، وهذا يعطي انطباع جيد عن الشركة. كما ان عدد اسهم WFRI ليس بالكثير مشابه لعدد اسهم IPVO خمسة وعشرون مليون سهم ، وهذا يعتبر قليل مقارنة بامثالها.

حقق اليوم السهم أعلى سعر 1.165 واقفال على 1.145$ بعد صدور التقرير السنوي لعام 2003 بنسبة نمو 145% بمجموع ايرادات بلغت 2.3 مليون.
السؤال هل راح يستمر السهم بالصعود ام لا؟؟؟؟

الجواب تجده بين مجموع ايراد العام الماضي الموجود بتقرير الشركة الذي صدر اليوم وبلغ 2.3 مليون دولار وبين طموح الشركة والتي مخططه لنمو ايرادها لعام 2004 ليبغ 34 مليون دولار

بعد توكلي على الله سبحانه فأنا مطمئن لهذا السهم بانه باذن الله سيواصل الصعود الى 2 او 3 دولار خلال هذا العام، اكيد مع شوية مطبات بالطريق.

أحد الاسباب هي ان ادارة الشركة تقوم في بناء شبكة VOIP حول العالم بشراء شركات قائمة وناجحة بدل من ان تنشئ شركة في مراكز العالم(سنغافورة ، امريكيا الجنوبية ، الصين ، امريكا) فهي بهذه الطريقة عملت بما يسمى بـ (POP) لشبكة VOIP تجني ثمارها بمجرد الربط بين تلك الشركات ، او بما يسمى الزيادة بالتدفقات النقدية.


هناك شركة دخلت بالطريق وهي : WFRI

IPVO امتلكت نسبة 51% من اسهمها لمدة سنتين ، وقامت الشركة بالتقسيم العكسي 2:1 واصبح عدد الاسهم 55 مليون.

الشركة شرت 14 شركة الى الأن ، ومقدمة على AMEX للانتقال من PK وعليها توصية شراء الهدف 2.35$ .
