Saudia could become the fifth Arab airline to order Boeing's newest plane.</STRONG>
Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) is in discussions with Boeing over the purchase of the US aircraft manufacturer’s latest 787 Dreamliner, a senior Boeing executive said on Sunday.
“So far four Arab airlines have purchased the new aircraft and we are in discussions with Saudi Arabian Airlines,” Boeing Saudi Arabia President Ahmed Jazzar told a press conference.
Jazzar did not reveal any further details about the potential size of the order, but did say that due to the high demand for the aircraft, airlines purchasing the Dreamliner today might not receive them before 2015.
