Improvements

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP - News), announced today that its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2006, have substantially improved over its September 30, 2005 first quarter.
The overall market capitalization of the Company increased to $60,075,056 for the 2006 first quarter from $4,182,310 for the 2005 first quarter.

Total stockholders' equity increased to $4,985,188 for the 2006 quarter from $695,464 for the 2005 quarter, an increase of $4,299,724 or over 700%.

The Company's working capital equity for the 2006 quarter improved substantially to a positive $117,301 compared with a working capital deficiency of $2,343,509 in the 2005 quarter.

Total assets increased to $7,598,046 for the 2006 quarter from $3,302,121 for the 2005 quarter, an increase of over 230%.

"Operationally, our developing subsidiaries still generate some paper losses due to fundings, marketing, branding and short selling pressures on those funding needs. Most paper losses do not indicate an actual operating loss. In fact, profitability has begun turning the corner months ago and future reports should crystallize the complete picture of our continued growth," said Richard Altomare, Chairman and CEO of Universal Express.

Revenues from the Company's logistics and international shipping businesses increased over 200% for the 2006 quarter compared with the 2005 quarter.

"We are pleased with the development and growth of all of our businesses. Revenues from our logistics and international shipping business have more than doubled for the first quarter compared to the 2005 first quarter, as they have in the previous five years, and we anticipate an exponential increase this year and in future years," concluded Mr. Richard Altomare.

WASHINGTON - Nearly all air travelers entering the U.S. will be required to show passports beginning Jan. 23, including returning Americans and people from Canada and other nations in the Western Hemisphere.

The date was disclosed Tuesday by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff in an interview with The Associated Press. The Homeland Security Department plans to announce the change on Wednesday.

The department had been expected to institute the passport requirement for air travelers around the beginning of the year. Setting the date on Jan. 23 pushes the start past the holiday season.

The requirement marks a change for Americans, Canadians, Bermudians and some Mexicans.

Currently, U.S. citizens returning from other countries in the hemisphere are not required to present passports but must show other proof of citizenship such as driver's licenses or birth certificates.

Visitors from most countries in the hemisphere are required to show passports. However, people from Canada, Bermuda — and those from Mexico who enter the U.S. frequently and have special border-crossing cards — have been allowed to use other forms of identification, including driver's licenses.

"Right now, there are 8,000 different state and local entities in the U.S. issuing birth certificates and driver's licenses," Chertoff said. Having to distinguish phony from real in so many different documents "puts an enormous burden on our Customs and Border inspectors," he said.

In a few cases, other documents still may be used for air entry into the U.S. by some frequent travelers between the U.S. and Canada, members of the American military on official business and some U.S. merchant mariners.

Under a separate program, Homeland Security plans to require all travelers, including Americans, entering the U.S. by land or sea to show a passport or an alternative security identification card starting as early as January 2008.

The Homeland Security Department estimates that about one in four Americans has a passport. Some people have balked at the $97 price tag.

The Sept. 11 Commission said in its report, "For terrorists, travel documents are as important as weapons."

The commission recommended strengthening security of travel documents. A 2004 law passed by Congress mandated the change to require passports as the only acceptable travel document, with few exceptions, but the exact date had been in question.

Canadian officials and some members of Congress from border states have expressed concern that the changes could interfere with travel and commerce.

Chertoff said his agency's data revealed that in September 2006, 90 percent of passengers leaving from Canadian airports had passports. The department estimated that 69 percent of U.S. travelers to Canada, 58 percent of U.S. travelers to Mexico, and 75 percent of U.S. travelers to the Caribbean hold passports.

"Could James Bond and Q come up with a fake passport" that could fool inspectors? Chertoff asked, referring to the fictional British spy and his espionage agency's technical genius. Of course, he replied, "Nothing is completely perfect."

Still, he said that with new technology, it is increasingly difficult to forge passports, and having just one document to scrutinize should make inspection easier for both inspectors and travelers

انا املك كمية كبيرة في السهم ومن مصلحتي يطلع السهم ولكن مع الاسف جميع الحقائق الى الان لا تدل على ذلك
اهم هذه العوائق الارتفاع الكبير في عدد الاسهم المتداولة الى حدود ال 13 مليار !!
الشركة افتخرت في احد تقاريرها بارتفاع القيمة السوقية للسهم الى حوالي 60 مليون في حين كانت القيمة السوقية للعام الماضي في حدود 4 مليون !! رغم انخفاض سعر السهم وهذا دليل ان عدد الاسهم الكبير لا يساعد على انطلاق سعر الشركة
تصور لو كان عدد الاسهم 200 مليون بدل 12 مليار ومع السيولة اللي فيه الان كان سعره وصل دولار
ثانيا ومن العوائق
ضعف اداء الشركة الى الان
اي يحتاج الامر الى تحسن كبير
ثالثا مشروع شراء شركة الوقود يحتاج الى توثيق رسمي ليتأكد المستثمر من صحة هذاعلى ملف k8

هناك أكثر من مجموعه تنوي الدخول في السهم
بمبالغ تفوق 10.000.000 مليون دولار $ لكل مجموعه
وبلغ عددها حتى الآن ثلاث مجموعات بمبالغ تفوق30.000.000 مليون دولار$

ولانزال ننتظر دخول فارس السهم الحقيقي والتحليق عالياً
بعد ان تنفك جميع المجاميع المتعلقه
وعندها سوف يصبح السهم خفيفاً للغايه


ملاحظه:

اغلق السهم أربعة أيام تداول على 0.0029
وبكميات تداول عالية جداً جداً
والسهم في مسار ضيق للغايه وهو يوشك على الانفراج و((الأنفجار للأعلى ))
