dividends ... be carefull

Dear friends
This is a new aspect that many stocks will hang on in order to go up: Be very carefull and be very quick in your operations in and out . Look what happened yesterday with ORACLE after its president announces the possibility of giving a dividend, first time in history of the stock, it went up more than 4%
Now all so called analysts or experts will ask all Companies to give dividends. Curious

dividends هى الأرباح التى توزعها الشركة على كل سهم من اجمالى ارباح الشركة !!
ليست كل الشركات توزع ارباحاً !
كما ان هناك شركات قد توزع ارباحاً لعدة اعوام ثم تتوقف عن توزيع الارباح و تحتجزها لعمل توسعات او سداد ديون او ما شابه ذلك !!
قرار الارباح هذا متروك للجمعية العمومية و مجلس الادارة !!
