مند مده وانا احاول معرفة ان كان يوجد صناع سوق (market maker) بالمعنى الصحيح وليس كما هو مفهوم بالخطأ عند كثير من الاخوة في السوق السعودي (الهوامير وغيرهم).

كان يجب وجودهم في السوق قبل أرتجال القرارات من هيئة سوق المال.
