أكبر شركة بني ستوك تخطط لعمل سبلت عكسي

بعد أن رفعت أكبر شركة مالية على مستوى العالم ( Citigroup ) من تقييمها لشركة JDSU
من مستوى محايد إلى مستوى الشراء From Hold To Buy

قامت أكبر شركة من حيث القيمة السوقيه ويتم تداولها تحت الدولارين بتقديم مقترح لعمل سبلت عكسي
الذي من شانه أن يقلل من كمية الاسهم المصدرة حوالي عشر مرات

فلقد قام مجلس ادارة الشركة بتقديم مقترح سيتم طرحه للتصويت خلال الاسابيع القادمة ، بعمل سبلت عكسي مابين سهم لكل ثمانية حتى سهم لكل عشرة
والذي من شانه ان يرفع من قيمة السهم في السوق إلى مستوى التو ديجيت 15-20 دولار لكل سهم.
الأمر الذي سيجعل كبرى المؤسسات الاستثماريه تعيد النظر في الاستثمار في الشركة خصوصا ان هناك تحفظا كبير تجاه الاسهم الأقل من خمسه دولار لدى المحافظ وصناديق الاستثمار.

الجدير بالذكر ان الشركة مؤهلة بقوة للخروج من وحل الخسارة إلى حيز الربحيه خلال السنتين القادمتين بناء على عودة الروح لها بعد التغييرات التي حصلت في ادارة الشركة في الآونة الأخيرة.

سعر السهم الآن يتداول عند أعلى مستوى له منذ أشهر

JDSU Establishes ROADM Leadership Position; More Than 1,200 PLC-Based Units Shipped

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept 27, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- JDSU today announced that it has shipped more than 1,200 reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexers (ROADMs) based on planar lightwave circuit (PLC) technology, establishing it as the clear market leader in this rapidly growing technology for the deployment of agile networks. JDSU's PLC ROADMs are part of the company's Wavelength Management Module portfolio.

The pace of broadband service adoption and the current economics of the communications industry favor solutions enabling easy and cost-effective network re-configurability. JDSU's ROADM solutions, when integrated with reconfigurable optical transport systems, are intended to enable service providers to remotely reconfigure metro and long-haul optical networks to meet capacity requirements without disrupting service. The expected benefits of this greater agility for service providers include improved time-to-revenue, lower capital and operating expenses by eliminating the need to dispatch technicians for network maintenance, disaster recovery, infrastructure activation for triple play, and real-time activation of high bandwidth for businesses, special events and IPTV services.

إن ظل على هذا المستوى ، سيكون له شان خصوصا فيما بعد التقسيم العكسي

إذ سياهله متوسط مستوى تداوله الحالي ( تقريبا أكثر من سبعين مليون سهم في الأيام الأخيرة ) بعد عملية تقسيم عكسية ترفع السهم الى مافوق العشرين إلى مقارعة سيسكو وانتل في المضاربه اليومية.
