Check Point said consistent with prior guidance, it expects to report revenue of $103 million to $104 million, earnings of 25 cents a share

Check Point closed down Wednesday at $13, a decline of 23 cents, or 1.7%, for the day. But in after-hours trading, shares moved up 7.1% to $13.91.
