N.Y. Close 0.9785 Yesterdays High 0.9856 Low 0.9752
The euro has had an impressive bounce from the 2 month range bottom at 0.9600 last week but ran into good resistance up at the 0.9875 area.There is an eleven day trendline at 0.9914 level that needs to be cleared to signal a test of parity and possibly then the key resistance at 1.0210/20. Whilst the market seems to remain moderately bullish for the Euro in the medium term, intraday resistance at 0.9860 may cap initially and a break below support at 0.9750 may see some stop losses taken out and lead to a test of 0.9700 area where the European unit would appear to offer better value.
Resistance Levels: 0.9860, 0.9915/20
Support Levels:0.9750 0.9700
